DONATE your Zakat al Fitr to the Palestinians in need, for whom thirst and hunger are daily realities that neither end at sunset nor on the last day of the holy month.  The majority of Palestinians are dependent on food aid, the supply of which is not always reliable, and food insecurity levels remain high at approximately 38% in the region. However, food insecurity levels are even higher in the Gaza Strip at around 56%, and amongst refugees it stands at nearly 44%.

Additionally soaring food prices, falling incomes and growing unemployment are jeopardising the livelihoods of Palestinians, resulting in them being unable to buy essential food needed for survival.
