Journalist Lauren Booth visited Bradford last weekend to speak at Interpal's fundraising dinner for medical aid for Gaza. The event at which Ms. Booth spoke about her path to Islam, which started during her visit to Gaza in 2008 on one of the Free Gaza boats, was held at Panshee Hall. A packed venue ensured that £32,000 was pledged on the night to help buy much-needed medical equipment and supplies for the besieged Gaza Strip.

Interpal organised a 20 Mile Walk for women on Saturday 19 March 2011 to mark World Water Day 2011. The walk, which cut right across the capital, went from Green Street Station in East London to Southall Broadway in West London, started at around 9am and ended on target by 9pm. Interpal wishes to thank all participants for their support and the funds that they raised.
